The Days of Festivus Giveaway: Open to Legal Residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 Years of age and older who are physically located in the United States. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Days of Fesitvus With AppAdvice Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of AppAdvice LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.
3. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes start and end dates/times of each Giveaway (the "Promotion Period") will be posted on the entry page of each giveaway in the AppAdvice app. The Festivus giveaway spans multiple weeks, with new prizes and new entry periods available each day. There will be multiple Promotional Periods, as a new giveaway will launch each day throughout the length of the Festivus giveaway. Prizes are awarded in a random drawing of raffle tickets at the end of each the Promotion Period as described in Rule #4 below.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Users will submit virtual raffle tickets during the Promotion Period. Each raffle ticket will provide users with one (1) chance to win.
Raffle Ticket #1: Visit the Giveaway tab in the AppAdvice app, Sign-in (if you have not already done so) and click the submit button to enter the giveaway (Submit Method). Entry must be received during the Promotion Period each day, between 12:00:00 AM PST 11:59:59 PM PST in order to be eligible for that Promotion Period giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per iOS device per day via the Submit method. Subsequent entries submitted by the same iOS Device on the same day will be void. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder associated with the iOS device. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who signed up in the AppAdvice app.
Raffle Tickets #2-4: Share the Promotion via Twitter, Facebook, or Email. You will receive one (1) raffle ticket for each share method you choose per day.
To use the Twitter share method you must have or create a non-private Twitter account ("Twitter account"). If you already have a Twitter account, you will have to sign in to your account.
To be eligible for the Facebook share method you must have or create a Facebook account ("Facebook account"). If you already have a Facebook account, you will have to sign in to your account.
Limit one (1) Twitter, Facebook, or Email share entry per iOS device per day. Subsequent entries submitted by the same accounts on the same device on the same day will be void.
Raffle Ticket #5: Follow AppAdvice on Twitter for one (1) additional raffle ticket per day. To be eligible for this raffle ticket, you must be following AppAdvice at the time of random selection. You must also have or create a non-private Twitter account ("Twitter account"). If you already have a Twitter account, you will have to sign in to your account. Sign in at Twitter.com, go to http://twitter.com/appadvice and click "Follow" to follow AppAdvice on Twitter if you are not already doing so.
5. Giveaway Eligibility: Eligible Participants who successfully complete any raffle tickets above within the Promotion Period will be entered into the day's drawing one (1) time per raffle ticket completed. Extra raffle tickets may also be added within the Promotional Period, and will be disclosed on the Giveaway page within the AppAdvice app.
Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, late or inaccurate are void. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at AppAdvice's sole discretion. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
Entering Without Any Apps: Eligible Participants who wish to participate in the Sweepstakes without using The AppAdvice app, or any of the raffle ticket methods mentioned above can email, noapp@appadvice.com. A user must submit his/her name, email address, city and state of residence, and agree to all the terms of service and rules of the Sweepstakes. Email entrants will be able to enter once per day. Email entrants are using the email method instead of the raffle tickets described above. Users with raffle tickets may not use the email participation method. Email entrants whom already have raffle tickets submitted via another method will be marked void.
6. DETERMINATION OF WINNER(S):
Potential prize winners will be selected each day at the end of the Promotion Period. The number of winners per day varies, as each Promotion Period will provide a different number of prizes. The number of winners will be defined separately for each Promotion Period, and will be clearly defined on the submission page in the AppAdvice app each Promotion Period.
The random drawings will be conducted by AppAdvice LLC. Potential winners will be notified by AppAdvice on or about the dates of each Promotion Period via the submitted user email address. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.
Potential winners will be required to verify their mailing address within five (5) days of issuance of notification prior to issuance of prize. Non-compliance of said requirement within this time frame or with the Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Allow 1-4 weeks for delivery of prizes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. AppAdvice will collect information from the entrant solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and to notify the winner. AppAdvice will not share this information with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes. If Eligible Participant has checked the box that appears on the registration form, Eligible Participant agrees to receive future information from AppAdvice. AppAdvice's use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules.
By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, twitter username, city/state of residence and entry submission to be displayed on the Winner page. This information may also be used for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by AppAdvice, or a party designated by AppAdvice, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of AppAdvice, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
ALL ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES ARE SUBMITTED ON A NON-CONFIDENTIAL AND NON-PROPRIETARY BASIS AND MAY BE USED BY APPADVICE AND ITS AGENTS, FOR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.
